After tremendous success of the first Bibi’s, located in Beechwood on 143 Putman Avenue, Adam Weiss the owner of Bibi’s approached us to build out his second location with the same enthusiasm and thoroughness that we demonstrated on his first project.

Our team took all the things that worked with their first location and successfully duplicated them and built on them for their new location making it more efficient and polished customer and employee experience. Given their large square footage workspace, we were able to fortify some of their culinary practices with more robust equipment, allowing them to produce more and be able to use their new location as a mothership location allowing to drop ship freshly prepared ingredients to their original location that was lacking the square footage.

Their new Wellington Street location is a refined quick service concept, building on the strengths of their first location with significantly more square footage. Both dine in and grab and go concepts harmoniously live in one space and create a wonderful experience,
