A new high-end steakhouse has opened in Ottawa!! Ottawa’s seafood-centred Whalesbone restaurant group has converted the massive, multi-storey space that was the former Fox & Feather pub on Elgin Street into a high-end steakhouse and bistro. Harmons boasts 300 seats, two dining rooms, a second-
floor climate-controlled patio and two full sized service kitchens. Serving some of the finest cuts of meat from around the world, their robust food and beverage program is further accented by an uncompromising level of hospitality.

A bold and ambitious move that launched at the peak of the pandemic. Transforming the massive space into a well-oiled machine took extensive planning and coordination. The multi-faceted food program
required diligent mapping, flow optimization and industry trends foresight to be able to deliver a project that would stand the test of time. The kitchens were outfitted with the finest and most efficient range of products on the market such as Rational Combi-therm ovens and Montague broilers to be able to meet
the quality demands and consistency in providing top tier cuisine both quickly and efficiently.
