Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried chickpeas soaked overnight in cold water w/ 1 tbsp baking soda (P)
- 1 tbsp baking soda for the ingredient above
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Parsley for garnish
- 1 tsp paprika for garnish
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Boil the soaked chickpeas in salted water until soft and very tender
- Combine the chickpeas and garlic in the food processor until a paste forms
- Add the tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and a single ice cube to the chickpea mix and blend in the food processor on high for 1 minute. Slowly add one more ice cube at a time until fully incorporate

Add more lemon or more garlic to the hummus depending on your desired flavor profiles
