Sobrii 0-Gin Gimlet

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Peeler


  • 2 fl oz Sobrii 0-Gin
  • 5 dashes Angostura bitters or another bitter of your preference
  • lemon tonic water


  • lemon peel


  • Chill your highball glass in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Take your highball glass out of the fridge and scoop ice into the glass.
  • Using a jigger, measure 2 fluid ounces of the Sobrii 0-Gin. Pour this into your chilled highball glass.
  • Add the bitters to the glass. Top with your favourite lemon tonic water.
  • Using the peeler, peel the lemon skin. Twist the peeled lemon skin and use as garnish.
