Sobrii 0-Gin Gimlet
Servings: 1 gimlet
- Highball glass
- 2 fl oz Sobrii 0-Gin
- 5 dashes Angostura bitters or another bitter of your preference
- lemon tonic water
- lemon peel
- Chill your highball glass in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Take your highball glass out of the fridge and scoop ice into the glass.
- Using a jigger, measure 2 fluid ounces of the Sobrii 0-Gin. Pour this into your chilled highball glass.
- Add the bitters to the glass. Top with your favourite lemon tonic water.
- Using the peeler, peel the lemon skin. Twist the peeled lemon skin and use as garnish.
