Andean New Year & The Welcoming of a New Solstice

Grab your passports for a global food adventure. Extremely unique learning experiences hosted by masters in their craft.

Get your passport ready as we explore flavors of the world through some of the most interesting food cultures and festivals. From Japan all the way to Kentucky, we will be celebrating the global language of food and drink with guest hosts who are experts in their respective crafts.

Destination —>BOG Colombia, as we taste our way through the Andes Mountains of South America. We are thrilled to welcome Ervin Liz, owner, grower and producer of some of the finest coffees in Colombia.

A talent filled evening with a three-course menu curated by highly acclaimed local Chef, Justin Champagne, Chef of Perch which was ranked #4 in Best New Restaurants in Canada.

All food and drink menus will be inspired by Ervin’s coffee and cultivation approach and the Andean New Year.

A one of a kind evening, ushering in a South American New Year (Sek Buy) and the Welcoming of the New Solstice.
