Get your passport ready as we explore flavours of the world through some of the most interesting food cultures and festivals. From Japan all the way to Kentucky, we will be celebrating the global language of food and drink with guest hosts who are experts in their respective crafts.
An evolutionary look at the birth of haute cuisine at the hands of the Escoffier and its influences through the food eras. We travel from its creation with Escoffier through to the post WW2 Nouvelle Cuisine food movement catalyzed by Pierre Troisgros and end with its current Michelin modernity.
Join us as we explore the food and wine landscape of France and its ever evolving imprint on the world!
