Celebrate la joie de vivre with us, hosted by sommelier and wine educator(and in our opinion The Real Champagne Papi), Bernard Joseph Lemoyne, of the highly acclaimed restaurant Atelier. Bernard will lead the way as we explore the incomparable tastes and traditions of this luxurious combination. The crisp freshness of Champagne combined with the high oil, fat and saltiness of (Canadian) caviar will never disappoint.
Bernard will be pouring 3 unique and approachable champagnes, paired with delectable caviar treats, curated by our very own Chef Walid El-Tawel.
