Chocolate Caramel Tart: Pastry Master Class

Join us for this Pastry Master Class, led by Tu Le of Perch Restaurant, No.4 on Best New Restaurants Canada.

Tu Le has dedicated his life to his craft and the results have shown. He helms the pastry program at one of Canada’s top restaurants, Perch, located on Preston Street in Ottawa, ON.

Tu will be guiding us through an elevated approach to pie making. Join us as Tu teaches us how to make sable dough, silky smooth chocolate ganache, chocolate glaze and decadent caramel, all from scratch.

Master this chocolate caramel tart and then take home the sable dough you made as well as the 9″ tart and brag about it… sharing is optional.

This class will also be offered on Tuesday, May 2nd at 11:30AM to 1:30PM.
