From a background in wine, Ellen comes to coffee with a keen interest in how terroir, farming methods, varietals and brewing methods come together to yield an exceptional cup of coffee.

This informative workshop will explore farming, drying, roasting, brewing, and the best consumption practices. Explore the world of high-altitude specialty beans from South and Central America, try out different brew techniques and single varietal beans roasted locally. Learn how grind size, temperature and the difference between immersion and pour-over techniques affect the final flavour profile in-mug!
