Hand Filled Pastas

Explore the unlimited pasta-bilities of handmade artisanal pastas, courtesy SaucyTO!
Erich and Danielle, co-owners of @SaucyTO and @Tiny Market Co. in Toronto, will be guiding us through a fun and casual evening of how to prepare homemade ricotta cheese, which will then be used to create delicious hand stuffed raviolo, served alongside a seasonally fresh fig bruschetta, paired with regional Italian wines.
A little bit about our hosts;
Having formally been trained at George Brown Culinary School and honing his skills working in the kitchens of critically acclaimed Buka (on Canadas 100 Best list) and The Drake Hotel, Erich began wholesaling his widely sought after handmade pastas during the pandemic. SaucyTO officially launched in the spring of 2022, with culinary school friends Danielle and Hazel, in a small Bathurst Street storefront which they have labelled as Tiny Market Co.; serving up fresh made artisanal pizza, pasta and ready made meals to go, and offering group pasta making classes.
