International Champagne Day

Get your passport ready as we explore flavors of the world through some of the most interesting food cultures and festivals. From Japan all the way to Kentucky, we will be celebrating the global language of food and drink with guest hosts who are experts in their respective crafts.

Join us for an evening of sensory pleasure as we explore the sophistication of Champagne and its unique ability to stimulate all of the senses: sound, sight, smell, taste and touch. Sommelier Bernard Joseph Lemoyne will guide us through some sparkling fundamentals such as how to choose a brand, best practices for uncorking, choosing the proper stemware, food pairing principles and a deep dive into the three methods and the governing rules of the region of Champagne.

Bernard Joseph Lemoyne of the famed Atelier restaurant will be pouring 3 unique and distinct brands of Champagne. All wines will be paired with food unique to the Champagne Region of France in partnership with local chef, Chef Mitch of the highly acclaimed Gitanes Restaurant.
