Get your passport ready as we explore flavours of the world through some of the most interesting food cultures and festivals. From Japan all the way to Kentucky, we will be celebrating the global language of food and drink with guest hosts who are experts in their respective crafts.

Destination —> SDF Louisville, Kentucky, aka The Bluegrass State in celebration of Derby Day! Dress for success in your finest Derby attire; think bowler hats and bowties or floral dress and fascinator, and bet on a winning evening of thoroughbred fun.

Led by local mixologist, and southern gentleman, Tristan Bragaglia-Murdock, we will be learning the basics on how to stir up Derby cocktail classics such as the Mint Julep and Bourbon Sweet Tea.

And with food being at the forefront of all southern hospitality, we will be pairing smokehouse snacks prepared in true southern style by Chris Villeneuve of Junior & The Kid.
