For our 101-year anniversary, we are hosting a Master Series, unique learning experiences hosted by masters in their craft.
We’re putting the POP back into one of our most POPular masterclasses this year, Champagne!
Join us for an evening of sensory pleasure as we explore the sophistication of Champagne and it’s unique ability to stimulate all of the senses: sound, sight, smell, taste and touch. Sommelier Bernard Joseph Lemoyne will guide us through some of sparkling fundamentals on how to chose a brand, best practices for uncorking, choosing the proper stemware, food pairing principles and a deep dive into the three methods and the governing rules of the region of Champagne.
We will be pouring 4 unique and distinct brands of Champagne.
