Master Series: A Night in Jalisco

For our 101-year anniversary, we are hosting Master Series events, unique learning experiences hosted by masters in their craft.

Join us, as we are transported to Jalisco for the evening, with hosts and owners of the local tequila company, Cada Dia. Cada Día is an artisanal Mexican reposado born out of Canadian influence. They honour tequila tradition and embrace Mexican culture to bring an unmistakably authentic sipping experience.

Complimenting Cada Dia’s fine tequila is local mixologist Mack of Harmons Steak House and Chef Regina Nunez of Fairouz Restaurant. Together they will create an unforgettable menu filled with bold, vibrant and authentic flavors. Some feature highlights are Birria style tacos paired with a tequila old fashioned.
