Having outgrown their former location just up the street, the team at Red Apron have expanded, for the third time in their 15-year history, into a fabulous light-filled and airy new space.

The new space features a commissary kitchen for their fresh prepared deliver-to-door meals, a buzzing retail shop with custom refrigeration for their take-home dinners, a grab and go café with fresh baked goods and beverages, as well as a newly expanded wine bottle shop prominently featuring a curated Canadian selection.

The new location was stripped to the bare bones and repurposed into the incredible new space for this growing business.

Our team applied a collaborative project management approach together with our expertise to transform the space on time and on budget.

Our integrated team of project managers, fabricators, and equipment specialists worked alongside the design and construction teams to bring this bold vision to life. Project details include custom walk-ins, new ventilation, an innovative cooking line, custom stainless steel fabrication, storage solutions, warewashing equipment and merchandising space integrated within a complete reconstruction,
