Ingrédients
- 50 ml Sobrii 0-Gin
- 15 ml Elderflower syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- dealcoholized sparkling wine
Instructions
- Shake everything together except for sparkling
- Double strain into a champagne glass
- Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- Garnish with lemon zest
