For our 101-year anniversary, we are hosting a series of 101 events, unique learning experiences hosted by masters in their craft.
We are thrilled to be sharing this special evening exploring the complex world of sparkling wines with award-winning Cave Springs winemaker, Gabe Demarco.
Gabriel Demarco, B.A. (Hon.), B.Sc., is a graduate, with Honours of the prestigious Oenology and Viticulture Institute (OEVI) at Brock University located at the heart of Niagara Peninsula. Gabe began working in the Cave Springs vineyards as an eager viticulture student in 2010. During his time with the company he has progressed to Assistant Winemaker and today plays an active part in the product development and production at Cave Springs. In partnership with The Vine Agency, Gabe will guide us through three unique and distinct sparkling wines:
