Returns and Warranty
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) for an exchange, refund or store credit.
You will be responsible for postage when mailing the item(s) back to Chef’s Paradise/ C.A. Paradis at our mailing address, which can be found on the contact us page. Once the item is received your credit card will be credited, or our staff will reach out to you. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include your phone number, order number and reason for return along with the item itself.
You may also return items to the store in person, with the receipt/order confirmation.
If you are having issues with a product that is still under warranty, please contact us for assistance. Each brand has a different process, and you may need to claim your warranty directly with the manufacturer.
