At checkout, please be sure to review your shipping options carefully. Orders marked as IN STORE PICK UP, will not be shipped out of the store but will remain to be picked up in store at your convenience.

Curbside pickup will still be available while our showroom is open for those who require a no-contact option to shop with us.
Here’s some info on how we’re making it work:

Curbside pickup online
Orders for curbside pickup can be placed online. At checkout, after you enter your shipping address you will come to shipping options and there you will be able to choose Pick-up. If you have a heavy weight or otherwise free shipping item in your cart, pick up may not appear as an option. Please choose the available option (shipping quote required) and we will get in touch with you on how your order should be handled.

Our staff is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but delays are possible when demand is high. Please wait for a confirmation phone call or email before coming to pick up your order. We appreciate your patience and support.

Picking up orders
Once you arrive at our location, please call 613-731-2866 and select option 5 for pickup. You will need to provide the name the order was placed under. A staff member will place your order on a cart outside the door. Please respect physical distancing and wait until the staff member has returned inside the building to collect your order.

We are available by chat and by phone during our business hours to provide you with as much info as possible about our products so you can make an informed decision on what to buy. If something does not appear on the website, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We are adding to our online catalogue daily, but if you’ve ever been in our showroom you know how much more there is to be added.

Out of stock – oh no!
Items that appear in stock online may not reflect physical inventory in store. If the item is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you by email with an ETA if one is available.

Orders over $100 shipping within Ontario and Quebec ship free, some exceptions apply. Shipping quote will be provided for all other provinces and territories.

Exceptions include but are not limited to:

– Oversized and/or overweight items (e.g. fridges, furniture…etc.)

– Fragile items (e.g. glassware, etc.)

– Large commercial equipment

After placing your order, follow-up information confirming proof of delivery address may be required. Please be prepared to provide that information on our request.
